Dr. Mark Poepsel is featured in the February issue of I AM ESTL; a quarterly published magazine in the Greater St.Louis Area. Poepsel profiles Staci Yandle, a U.S District Court Judge from East St.Louis, Ill. In the article, Poepsel recalls events such as her January 2014 Nomination by President Barrack Obama, being openly gay, and growing up in East St.Louis.

Dr. Mark Poepsel is an assistant professor at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in the Mass Communications Department. Dr. Poepsel teaches courses in media entrepreneurship, media writing, journalism, basic theory and graduate research methods.
