Promotions/Field Marketing Position
Beldon Home Solutions is looking for interns for the Spring semester. The person(s) who fills
this role will be a viable part in presenting the product to potential customers. Training for the
position will start in December. The internship will be continuous throughout the candidate
and employer’s desired time. This position pays $10/hour plus earned weekly bonuses.
Responsibilities
▪ Occupy a display set-up at a Road Show or Home Show
▪ Engage every potential customer as they walk by
▪ Be familiar with the LeafGuard / Team Window Product and be able to stimulate interest in potential customers
▪ Holding this position means the candidate is part of the Promotions team. New and innovative ideas are important to us. The select candidate(s) should be able to take part in group meetings and discussions
Qualifications/Requirements
▪ Be able to supply proof-of-work documents (Driver’s License, Passport, Social Security Card, etc.)
▪ Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
▪ All shows are on the weekend. It is a MUST that the candidate(s) are available to work weekend hours
▪ Candidates must possess good communication skills; an outgoing personality is a necessity
▪ Punctuality is required
▪ Able to accept/tolerate rejection and still be able to perform duties
▪ Attention to detail is essential for this role
▪ A working smart phone with a data plan will be needed
